What happens if I have more than 6 cats on the Family plan?
You can add extra profiles for $1.50/month per cat beyond the included 6. Each additional profile gets the same per-cat routines and insights.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Plus is $39.99/year (save ~33%) and Family is $69.99/year (save ~35%) when billed annually.
Can shelters add more tablets beyond the included 5?
Yes. Additional device seats are $15/month per tablet. Contact us to set up your organization's account.
Do I lose my data if I downgrade?
Your session history and insights are always saved. If you downgrade, extra profiles are paused (not deleted) until you upgrade again.
Is the app safe for my device and my cat?
Pawse includes screen-safety mode with brightness controls and accidental-tap prevention. All sessions are designed for supervised play.
